Connecting your Facebook Page
Open Settings, then Facebook, and press Connect. Facebook asks you to sign in and choose your agency's Page; you need to be an admin of that Page. If it won't connect, message us and we'll look at it with you.
Approving and scheduling posts
Every post waits in Content for your yes. Open it, change anything in plain English ("make it warmer"), then approve it now or pick a time. Nothing is published without your approval.
Messenger replies
On Stand Out and Lead the Way, Ideaor answers families on Messenger from what you've told it about your agency. When someone asks for a person, sounds upset, or mentions an emergency, the conversation comes straight to you.
Leads
When someone shares their name and number in a conversation, Ideaor saves them as a lead with the chat attached. You'll find them under Leads, where you can also add walk-ins and phone calls yourself.
Plans and billing
Billing hasn't opened yet, so Ideaor is free for now and no card is taken. We'll tell you well before anything changes. Our refund policy explains how charges and refunds will work. Refund policy
Your data, and deleting it
Your agency's posts, messages and leads belong to you. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time. Privacy policy
Please keep clients' health details out of support messages. We never need them to help with your account, your Facebook connection or your posts.
