What Ideaor does

Ideaor writes social media posts in your voice, publishes the ones you approve to your Facebook Page, answers Messenger enquiries on your behalf, and records the leads that come from them.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done under your account.
• You must give accurate information about your agency, since it shapes everything Ideaor writes.
• You may add teammates. Whoever you add can act for your agency, and that is your decision to manage.

What you are responsible for

Nothing is published without your approval. Once you approve a post or allow the assistant to reply, what it says is your agency speaking. You remain responsible for it, including whether it is accurate, whether it complies with the rules that govern home care advertising where you operate, and whether you had permission to share anything about a client or caregiver.

What the assistant will not do

Ideaor is instructed not to give medical or legal advice, quote prices or availability it has not been told, or promise anything on your behalf. It hands a conversation to a person when someone asks for one, sounds distressed, or raises an emergency. These are safeguards, not guarantees, and you should read what it writes.

Artificial intelligence

Posts and replies are produced by a language model. Models can be wrong, can repeat themselves, and can miss context. Treat every draft as a starting point to check rather than finished work. Do not use Ideaor where a mistake would put someone at risk.

Facebook and Meta

Using Ideaor with Facebook means also following Meta's terms. Meta may change its rules or its interfaces at any time, and that can interrupt posting, replying or reporting. Ideaor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Ideaor to mislead families, invent testimonials, or claim credentials you do not hold.
• Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Do not attempt to reach another agency's data, or to work around the limits in the product.

We may suspend an account that does these things.

Your content

What you write and what Ideaor writes for you remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the service can work, and to send it to Facebook when you approve publishing. We do not use your agency's content to train models.

Availability

We aim to keep Ideaor running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, provider outages and changes at Meta can all take it offline for a time.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.

Liability

Ideaor is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
